It comes in many forms and for us here at Eco-Friendly Events, we believe in equity and justice to provide the means to acquire tools, education and resources.
Transparency
Transparency is defined as, “… being honest and open when communicating with stakeholders about matters related to the business.” (Source).
We are not perfect and we never will be but it is important to us to clearly share our story and our progress along the way.
How to Work with Me
Event Strategy Development
- Strategy session with your full event planning team to identify your priorities and sustainability goals
Summary report with recommendations - A workback schedule for your team to follow
- Follow-up meeting to debrief the implementation of green initiatives at the event
Starting at $1,000 + HST
In-House Event Sustainability Consultant
- Support with identifying sustainability priorities for your specific event based on your corporate mandate and translate those goals into practical, tactical tasks and projects
- Participate in relevant team meetings and communications as needed
- Integration with team project management system as needed to effectively implement targets
- Provide recommendations, clarifications, and instructions to the team as they execute on these tasks
- Pre-event team and volunteer training about event sustainability
- On-site Event Sustainability Lead on the day-of event
- Custom reporting according to sustainability goals, including carbon footprint calculations and energy audits
- Follow-up meeting to debrief the implementation of green initiatives at the event as well as the report
Starting at $3,000/month + HST
